We realize that materials and jobs are rolling in and summer is a hard time to pull away, so we are bringing this year’s summer convention back to Tennessee on the weekend of June 3-5! This is always a fun, relaxing and great networking event!
Mark your calendars and plan to join us at the 2022 TARC Summer Convention at Dollywood DreamMore Resort in Pigeon Forge! This resort in Pigeon Forge near Gatlinburg upholds the spirit of the South in a fresh new way, as it can only be imagined by Dolly and Dollywood, and is a FAMILY-FRIENDLY resort with lots of amenities! This is the perfect time as school ends to also treat the kiddos to a fun weekend and also get a few TARC meetings in, as well.

Join us for an afternoon of fun while raising money for the TARC Scholarship Fund!
Let’s face it, after 2020 we can all use some togetherness and backyard fun, so register today to be one of the 60 slots available! This year we are hosting our Skeet Shooting competition at Benton Sporting Clays on the gorgeous rolling hills of East Tennessee. Ammo is provided with registration, but no gun rental is available. Please bring your own 12 gauge shotgun or plan to share.
Not a fan of shooting a gun? No worries, we have 15 Station Sponsor opportunities available for you to come out and enjoy the day with us! This is a great opportunity for your company to set up a table and a few chairs and showcase your products or just provide some friendly advice or even just visit with folks!

Hotel Options:
Hotels - there is not a specific hotel room block; however we have been told that the best place to stay would be about 45 minutes from the skeet shoot location and is off of Shallowford Rd at Hamilton Square Mall. There are several options for hotels, restaurants, and entertainment in the area.
For quick reference, below are a few at Hamilton Place:

If you prefer to stay closer, there is a Quality Inn (423-338-1201) in Cleveland that is about 25 minutes from the skeet shoot, but very limited food options.

The Board of Directors will meet prior to the Skeet Shoot on October 28, 2021. More details will be provided via email to all Board members.

Summer Convention
To get the discounted rate, you MUST call 855-778-1015 and ask for the TARC Room Block by APRIL 24, 2021. You can NOT receive this rate by booking online. Condos are selling out fast so don’t delay.
We are pleased to announce that TARC’s 2021 Summer Convention will be held in Gulf Shores, Alabama at The Beach Club Family Resort.

TARC Spring Golf Fundraiser
Do do rain, the April 29th golf tournament was postponed and rescheduled for Wednesday, May 26th! This also allows for more individuals and teams to play and sponsor! See below for the registration link.
We look forward to your participation in the TARC Spring Golf Fundraiser at the Nashboro Golf Club. This tournament will follow an afternoon scramble format with lunch provided.
Everyone likes to win something, so we are asking for door prize donations and goody bag items. If your company would like to donate a giveaway, we would be very appreciative!
